Starting in 2010 large roofing job. No complaints, everything was great. 2015 kitchen remodel, extensive reframe. And finish beautiful job. 2020 highly elaborate pool house from scratch lots of stonework.\n And roofing. Lots of open glass, very high-end, very beautiful. Starting in 2021remodel of a old colonial second story edition moving Multiple bathrooms Moved and refinished, completely roofing, redo floors, an entire kitchen with on-site cabinet tree work done beautifully. Many more things that can't be listed now. Late in 2022 beautiful, complete gut. Second story, bathroom remodel, walking, shower, extensive woodworks, extensive configuring of closet space. Which was a turnkey job , including plumbing and electrical , another beautiful job.. In 2025A home built shop 1600 square foot that included clearing the land digging for foundation pouring turnkey.\n And is almost completed and looking beautiful ~ Rich S
This is the first time I hired a contractor and overall it was a positive experience. We like the phased approach to payment, which does not require large up front payment. You pay as they go. We ended up having to remove a lot more ledge (rock) than anticipated, making us fearful of the extra cost, but EDM was very reasonable with these charges. ~ Michael C
